Both building precision plastic injection molds and manufacturing of plastics components for our global customers continues to be ACE's core business which was established in May 1988.
A good design is the heart of a mold, therefore, ACE Mold pays special attention to the mold construction, steel treatments, cooling channels and moving mechanisms to ensure the highest quality parts are delivered from its mold at the minimum cycle. All molds are carefully designed to maximize its service life and to ease maintenance. For many years, ACE has been recognized by the Hong Kong Mold & Die Council for its innovations on mold design.
In addition to excellence we've established in mold making, ACE has been operating plastics manufacturing division, ACE Plastics, since 1998. In our facilities, man ...y top-notch machinery and equipment are employed to produce quality goods in good manufacturing practices. In ten years time of continuous improvement, we have helped a lot of customers successfully develop and make high-end industrial and consumer products to meet the demanding requirements from famous brands. Existing customers include many renowned companies such as TYCO, PHILIPS LIFESTYLE, HOSPIRA, ZEBRA PRINTERS, LEXMARK, MACNEILL ENGINEERING, LOMBARDI, ETC.
