General product information

PGR stem is intended for use in case of diaphyseal or metaphyseal bone resections and as endomedullary nail.
It consists of a straight, bilateral and modular stem composed by several elements to be assembled at the time of the surgery, according to the type of intervention to be performed.
If the prosthesis is used for replacement of the coxo-femoral joint, the elements composing it are: a neck, a stem, a lower ring and, in case of large resections, one or more spacers.
The prosthesis has a cervical-diaphyseal angle of 140, and it can be oriented in anteversion or retroversion as much as one likes.
If the prosthesis is used for metaphyseal resections, its composing elements are: a stem, a cap, one or more spacers and an upper ring.
The configuration as a medullary nail includes the following components: a stem and a cap.
