A cylindrical-shaped device (that restructures the cartilage of the upper third of the nose) with a rim that prevents its impaction in the nose. The cylinder comprises a flat internal area that touches the nasal septum and an external surface that pushes the nasal alar out, bringing it into contact with the external tongue of the tube, thereby stimulating the perinasal muscular insertions.

Effects: immediate dilation of the nasal orifices allowing for progressive restructuring of the cartilage of the upper third of the nose and, in the long term, stimulation of the perinasal musculature with further dilation of the nasal orifices.

Suitable for the treatment of nasal collapse, improvement in nasal ventilation, re-education of people who breathe through their mouth, and especially recommended for enhancing sports performance and as a treatment for snoring.
