Medical Business Center [MBC] is a well established company operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 1986.
Offices
Head office of the company is situated in Jeddah in the center of city and its branch office is located in Riyadh, which covers our eastern region, Kingdom of Bahrain and Qatar Customers. Also, it has a sister company in U.A.E namely : Taiba Medical Supplies ( T.M.S ) Dubai P. O. Box 11163 UAE ( Contact Person : Eng. Khaled Al Abed ) Qatar / Bahrain & Oman are approached by us too - while MBC has a representative office in Sudan, as well.
Main Activities
Main activities of MBC are: Import & Export of laboratory and medical equipment, laboratory reagents, Diagnostic & Q. C. products, Sterilization Membranes / Glass Ampoules & Vials ... Raw Material for Pharmaceutical Industries, and Food / Beverages industries related activities.
Company Management
To pace the company activities, the management has adopted certain measures to smooth the working progress and has distributed each activity under the framework of different divisions, which are as follows:

1. Customer Support Division
A highly qualified team of professionals is accommodated to meet the demands of and answer the queries of the customers.
2. Sales & Services Division
It consists of 3 sub-divisions according to the geographical and business strength of Saudi Arabia, which are Eastern Region, Western Region and Central Region.
Our Bio-Medical engineers offer the best onsite Installation and provide Training to the Technicians as well. And also we provide After Sales Service.
Also the product specialists from our staff are always in touch with our clients to fulfill all their queries
3. Import & Export Division
The main function of this division is to expedite the deliveries either inside the Kingdom or outside, so that the customer does not feel any complication during the maturity of orders/deliveries.
4. Finance & Accounts Division
They are handling company financial matters, accounts, payroll, queries related to certain money transfers, etc. They are also allocating funds for the annual company budget, which are implemented by the Technical Manager's approval.
5. Human Resource Division
As the market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is getting strained, the main objective of this division is to hire the qualified personnel to streamline the activities of the company, as well as to look after the matters of MBC employees.
