We are a medical device component manufacturing company in Limerick Ireland, specialising in coiling and precision wire forming and are ISO 13485 certified, manufacturing a range for components for OEMS and contract manufacturers alike.
We produce mandrels and tubing to customer's specifications, with in house grinding and welding facilities.

We have just completed a new 3000 ft2 white room here at our premises in Limerick which is operating in class K mode. We have the capacity to add assembly and other value add processes to our production. We are certified to ISO 13485, ISO 9001.
We are in the process of adding a Class 100,000 ISO 8 clean room also which gives us the capacity to clean and pack in a clean room environment.
